5. Pay securely through the app

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before your scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour may be subject to a cancellation fee. Go to "My Bookings" in the app to cancel.

Refunds are processed automatically for eligible cancellations. If you believe you're entitled to a refund that hasn't been processed, please contact our support team with your booking reference number.

If you can't locate your reserved spot, check the app for the exact address and spot number. If you're still having trouble, contact the parking location directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

To update your profile, go to "Settings" in the app, then tap "Profile" to edit your personal information, payment methods, and notification preferences.
